The phones are answered during the following times:
Monday - Friday 8:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm- 4:30pm
Saturday the phones are not answered on Saturdays, please call on Monday unless it is an emergency.
If you need to reach Dr. Gould or Dr. Lopez after office hours or on weekends and holidays, please call the office number (269) 969-6003 and listen to the message. You will have an option to leave a message with the physician on call if necessary. If it is a true emergency, call 911 or go directly to the nearest Emergency Room. Please do not leave messages for appointments, refills, test results or something the staff can do during regular office hours.
